Robb Hoffheins, Founder & Chief Trailblazer
Robb has been working in the online marketing and interactive media industry since 1996 when he went to work for America Online’s Greenhouse straight out of college helping to create and develop the internet’s first online personals brand, Love@AOL. From there Robb had various Product Management positions from MapQuest to AOL Tickets to AOL Search and AOL.com among others as well as a two year period packaging and selling online advertising to large CPG brands such as Unilever.
Robb then spent a year and half working for Envision EMI, the company that markets and manages the experiential leadership programs of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council and the National Youth Leadership Forum. In that role Robb was the Director of Online & Product Sales responsible for all of Envision’s websites (www.cylc.org, www.nylf.org, www.scholarlaureate.org, www.nationalyoungscholars.org, www.glefoundation.org and www.envisionemi.com), e-mail marketing efforts and social media.
Liz Weaver, Chief Design Diva

Liz has over 15 years of experience in the graphic design field both online and print. She graduated from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina with a degree in Communcation Arts and continued her education at Platt College in Denver, Colorado. She still finds time to attend seminars and graphic design software classes to this day.
Liz started her career with Communication Arts Design Studio in Staunton, Virginia. She moved on to work for Qwest as a Senior Level graphic designer for a division in Georgetown and in Denver, Colorado. Liz then worked for HINGE, Inc. She worked her way up from a junior graphic designer, to the Senior Art Director.
Liz resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with her husband, two daughters, and Boston Terrier (the office pup). Liz enjoys the outdoors, cycling, and someday hopes to be working from an island.

Marta Grutka, Communications & Branding Expert

John “Div” Divney, Technology & Development Expert

John has been creating and managing world class technical solutions for over 17 years. Starting at America Online in 1995, John created and managed solutions for such services like AOL.com and the AOL web-based member registration system which handled millions of member registrations during AOL’s peak years.
After leaving AOL in 2007, John formed his own web development company, Divbox LLC, which provides adaptable web software solutions, application development, web and e-mail hosting, domain registration, system administration, and technical consulting and management services with specific expertise and focus on the Drupal publishing platform. His clients have included K12, the leader in online education, and the College Board among others. John is also the Chief Software Engineer of The Georgetown Dish.

Richard Rossi, Inventor, Builder & Evangelist

Twenty-six years ago, with only $5,000 and no staff, Richard Rossi and his partner founded the company that has become Envision EMI, the world’s largest creator of leadership and life success conferences for high achieving students.
By 2011 over 650,000 young people had graduated from Envision programs all around the world.
In 2011, Richard sold his interest in Envision EMI and is now a self described “inventor, builder and evangelist”, and a close business advisor and mentor to Third Path.
Beth Solomon, Entrepreneur & Media Expert
Beth is founder and publisher of The Georgetown Dish, the leading hyperlocal news and social media blog in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. With journalism in her blood – her aunt was Nina Hyde, fashion editor of The Washington Post – Beth started as a freelance radio reporter for the Voice of America in East Africa, covering civil wars in Sudan and famine in Ethiopia. She worked for ABC News in Berlin, and then as a speechwriter for U.S. Senator Sam Nunn.
Beth founded Planet Vox, the new media firm, and worked in the entertainment industry at Endeavor, the talent agency, coming back to Washington to be communications director for the National Association of Manufacturers. She was an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner. Beth graduated from Yale with a bachelor’s degree in History.
Beth is currently the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Industry Relations at the International Franchise Association.
